Our Primary Service

Spray Foam Insulation in New Hampshire

Open and closed cell spray foam for homes in Wakefield, Wolfeboro, Sanbornville, and the surrounding Lakes Region.

Insulation Done Right

A Sealed, Efficient Home Envelope

Spray foam insulation is the service homeowners call us for most. Unlike fiberglass, foam is applied as a liquid that expands in place, bonding to framing and sealing the small gaps where conditioned air escapes. The result is a tighter, quieter, more comfortable home that costs less to heat and cool. We handle new construction, additions, and retrofits in existing houses throughout the Lakes Region.

Air Sealing

Spray foam expands into gaps, seams, and cavities that batt insulation cannot reach, sealing the drafts that make rooms feel cold even when the furnace is running.

Winter Comfort

A continuous, sealed thermal envelope holds heat where you want it — a real difference through New Hampshire winters and ice-dam season.

Lower Energy Use

Less air leakage means your heating and cooling systems cycle less, which shows up on the monthly bill and reduces wear on equipment.

Moisture Control

Closed cell foam resists water and acts as a vapor retarder at sufficient thickness, helping protect framing in basements, crawl spaces, and rim joists.

Open Cell vs. Closed Cell

Choosing the Right Foam

Both products air seal. Which one belongs in your project depends on the assembly, the space available, and how the wall or roof needs to manage moisture. We walk through the options with you before any work begins.

Open Cell Spray Foam

  • Lower density, expands further to fill irregular cavities
  • Excellent air seal and sound dampening between rooms
  • Common in interior walls, ceilings, and attic roof decks
  • Vapor permeable, so assemblies can dry inward

Closed Cell Spray Foam

  • Higher density with a higher R-value per inch
  • Acts as a vapor retarder at proper thickness
  • Adds rigidity and resists bulk water contact
  • Common in rim joists, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior walls
